On-site engineers and lantern artisans ensure every piece is safely and securely installed, meeting all local regulations. Meanwhile, logistics experts and project leads manage the complex transportation and execution process across borders.

From Concept to Creation
Each CLF project starts long before the first lantern lights up. It begins with close collaboration: understanding the venue, the target audience, and the vision of our partners.
Once the theme is finalized, our design and technical teams create detailed visual concepts. These are brought to life by hand, using welded steel frames, hand-painted fabrics, and customized lighting components crafted by master artisans in Zigong, China.
From international shipping to meticulous on-site installation, every step is executed with precision. After the grand opening, our team stays on-site to ensure smooth operations, ongoing maintenance, and visitor support.
At the end of the season, we take care of the full de-installation process: lantern removal, thorough site clean-up, and careful restoration of the venue.
