Each project starts with in-depth conversations with our partners to understand the theme, location, and target audience. These insights are then translated into a clear and actionable design brief, which is sent to our in-house factory and R&D centre in Zigong, Sichuan—the lantern capital of China.

Our design team blends centuries-old Chinese lantern artistry with a contemporary creative lens. From mythology and wildlife to seasonal celebrations and abstract worlds, we craft lantern concepts that tell compelling visual stories with cultural depth.
Designs are shared through hand-drawn sketches, 3D renders, and moodboards. These are developed in close collaboration with the client to ensure every design is visually striking, technically feasible, and site-specific.
